AI Products Supplementary Terms

These artificial intelligence ("AI") products supplementary terms form a part of the PDFGenius Privacy Notice and PDFGenius Terms, as applicable, between you and PDFGenius (the "Agreement").

PDFGenius AI Products

"PDFGenius AI Products" means any feature(s) or functionality made available by PDFGenius and labeled as AI PDF Chat, AI PDF Summarizer, AI PDF Translator, or other AI-powered products that might be released by PDFGenius in the future that utilize data models trained by machine learning.

Subscription Term and Subscriptions

PDFGenius AI Products are included in your standard PDFGenius subscription and are not priced separately. Your use of PDFGenius AI Products is subject to fair usage restrictions.

Input and Output

You may provide input to be processed by PDFGenius AI Products ("Input") and receive output generated and returned by PDFGenius AI Products based on the Input ("Output"). When you use PDFGenius AI Products, Input and Output are considered your Customer Data.

Use Restrictions

You may not use PDFGenius AI Products or Output:

• To develop foundation models that compete with PDFGenius
• To mislead any person that Output was solely human-generated
• To generate spam or content for electoral campaigns
• In a manner that violates any technical documentation

Warranty Disclaimer

PDFGenius does not make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of PDFGenius AI Products or the accuracy of any information obtained through PDFGenius AI Products.
